Although the commercial kitchen we use is not a strictly gluten free facility, the Bakery takes the utmost care and goes the extra mile to make sure that our products do not become contaminated. This includes extra sterilization of every tool, work surface and oven we use.
Yes! We ship via USPS priority mail within the Continental United Stated through our online store, shipping costs will be calculated on checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship baked goods Internationally due to customs restrictions.
Yes, we would be happy to! Your special order must be finalized and placed at least one week prior to the delivery date, so please plan ahead. Contact us to talk about what you would like and pricing. Large orders of our regular offerings, cakes, cupcakes, pies, pastries, custom platters for catering - we’re open to anything. Some of our goods can also be modified (for an additional fee) to account for other dietary restrictions; we will work with you to make you something you can enjoy!
All of our products are absolutely gluten free, but may contain other allergens such as casein and nuts. While we do not directly use soy products, our baked goods may contain soy lecithin through our chocolate. The complete ingredient list for each baked good is available on the website so you can make sure that you are choosing a product that is safe for you to enjoy. If you would like to place a custom order for baked goods that are modified to meet your dietary restrictions let us know!

How can I change something in my order?

If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days.
